Registration Process: Login and Confirm Residency

Step 1: Log in

Log in to your account. If you're having trouble, use "Forgot Password" or Email Us at okrec@okotoks.ca

Step 2: Confirm Residency

To confirm residency:

  • Go to **"View Memberships"** in your profile.
  • Check your residency pass:
    • If you're a resident of Okotoks & Foothills County, you should have the **Foothills County & Okotoks Resident Pass**.
    • If you're a resident of Diamond Valley, ensure you have the **DLM Family Resident Early Enrollment Pass**.

If there are issues with your details, contact Recreation Customer Experience at 403-938-8954.

Tip: To select multiple courses, please hold the "Ctrl" key while selecting other options. If you are not finding the course you want, try narrowing your search results or entering the course ID found in the activity guide.
