Tethered Aquafit - Challenge your cardiovascular system through water running and build your overall fitness level. Swimming skills are not necessary but participants should be comfortable in deep water. Buoyancy belts and tethers are provided.
Deep Water Aquafit - An aerobic workout in deep water. Challenge your cardiovascular system and build up muscle tone to improve overall fitness levels. Swimming skills are not necessary but participants should be comfortable in deep water. Buoyancy belts are provided.
Warm Water Aquafit - An aerobic and strength workout in the warm water. Can choose to either exercise in chest deep water with feet on the pool bottom or use a provided buoyancy belt in the deep end. Options provided for participants needing a gentler approach, as well as options to challenge yourself while working on cardio conditioning and muscle tone. Focus on balance and stability as well.
Aquafitness classes can be booked 14 days in advance.
