Bring your full equipment, including stick, puck, or ring to work on puck handling and shooting skills.
All children under 8 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult supervisor at all times.
Participants under 18 years old must wear full hockey equipment, including helmets.
Note: No organized games and no slap shots allowed.
Full Hockey/Ringette Equipment Consists of:
hockey/ringette pants, jill or jock, shin pads, shoulder pads, neck guard, elbow pads, gloves, skates, and a CSA approved hockey/ringette helmet.
